DISCUSION

Actually the genetic modification is a topic that we have to take it in account because all days there are a lot of advances in the sand of the genetics, I mean, we can not stuck out heads under the sand and just not to pay attention to the genetic modification that concerns for all of us. We are human beings so we have to pay attention for all that kind of matters, let’s assume we do not understand what would happen with the humanity with those advances, and there is a mad person that is trying to kill with this technology, and then who will stop that person if we do not care about it.

Today modern genetics helps us to know many things which were the dark past, among them are the issues that help to solve questions; it is the DNA is the carrier of our genetic information which was not discovered until Less than a century. The DNA is composed of some small structural units called chromosomes and genes, but it is surprising that these elements in size inferred in the characteristics of an organism.

Assist in the development of coupling of the human species in this world and survival because humans are relatively new on this planet compared to other species. Certainly there is a lot of techniques that help us for a lot of things for example a paternity test, A DNA testing, a forensic testing, etc., using karyotypes we can find the problems or syndromes and in most of the situations the normal one. But indeed there is a large amount of disadvantages, for example with the transgenics, specially with the transgenic plants, they are harmful for the land where it is cultivated, it cause diseases like the erosion of the land and it consume a lot of nutrients in the land, talking about the genetically modified animals there is a constant danger on in because some day we are going to have some animals that are product of mutation or viruses and bacteria’s that can support the antibiotics.

From the point of view of the ethics the genetic modification, using it for causing issues or modifying things we do not need is not correctly for doing that.
